Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven experience with quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Deep expertise in AI ethics frameworks and responsible innovation
- Published thought leadership in futurist or tech policy publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Strong background in human-centered design methodologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field (required)
