- Oversee $2M+ annual innovation budget allocation
- Develop patent portfolios with 10+ filings annually

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 companies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with publications at Nature/Science
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, etc.)
- Proven track record securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global partnerships
