Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead market research and competitive analysis in emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Champion innovation through internal hackathons and external startup partnerships
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment
- Represent InnovateNext at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, AI Act, FCC spectrum policy)
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and ROI modeling
- PhD or MBA from Tier 1 institution with focus on technology/strategy
