Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or Business
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in AI/ML and blockchain ecosystems
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic advantageous
