Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology strategy aligned with business objectives and emerging trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities

- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement

Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them to business strategy
