Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integrated AI, decentralized systems) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive tech solutions
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption and regulatory shifts
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and technology maturity tracking
- Partner with R&D to accelerate breakthrough innovations from concept to commercialization
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
