Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year roadmaps for emerging tech integration across industries

- Identify and vet disruptive startups for strategic partnerships
- Present tech foresight briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive R&D initiatives in neural interfaces and decentralized systems
- Collaborate with governments on ethical AI policy frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotech
- Proven track record of scaling innovative solutions from concept to market
- Published thought leadership in future tech trends (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
