Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring future tech adoption and ROI
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype 5-year product visions
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven 3+ year horizon planning
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (e.g., blockchain, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience scaling innovative products from concept to market
- Strong financial modeling for future tech ROI projections
- Prior work with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Published thought leadership on tech disruption
