Responsibilities

- Lead Architectural Vision: Oversee the design and implementation of next-generation AI infrastructure and scalable machine learning models.
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead research initiatives in generative AI, predictive analytics, and autonomous systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and executive leadership to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or technical architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technology visions and executing complex digital transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
