Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating next-gen tech (quantum, neuromorphic computing, AR/VR 3.0)
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Establish innovation labs focused on human-centric AI and sustainable tech solutions
- Drive cross-functional R&D initiatives with MIT and Stanford research partnerships
- Present future tech scenarios to investors and board members
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Innovation Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorns
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep understanding of tech ethics frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
