Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech consulting or R&D leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing or advanced AI systems
- Proven track record in tech commercialization
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering
- Certification in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., IEEE 2026)
- Experience with regulatory tech policy advocacy
- Published research in top-tier tech journals
- Fluency in at least one programming language
