Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption
- Represent company vision at industry forums and build strategic partnerships
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate technological shifts and competitive threats
- Mentor innovation teams on future-focused methodologies and tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive products or platforms
- Expertise in futures thinking methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, technology roadmapping)
- Strong technical background in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Certified in Innovation Management or Futures Studies (preferred)
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
