Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning process for the 2026 roadmap, defining clear milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and technological advancements to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to align technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Oversee the incubation of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Sustainable Tech) and evaluate their feasibility.
- Communicate complex strategic concepts to diverse stakeholders, ensuring buy-in across the organization.
- Drive the execution of strategic initiatives, monitoring progress and pivoting strategies as necessary.
- Establish a culture of innovation and foresight within the leadership team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering long-term strategic roadmaps in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of future technologies and their potential business applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and navigating complex organizational dynamics.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically about the long-term impact of business decisions.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field is preferred.
