Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-technology roadmaps
- Research and prototype emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, climate tech)
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and IEEE summits
- Patent 3+ breakthrough technologies annually
- Mentor PhD fellows in future-tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or AI with 5+ years industry experience
- Published 10+ peer-reviewed papers on future-tech topics
- Track record of scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuation
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and tech-for-good frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global collaboration
