Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in tech strategy with proven 2026+ horizon planning experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and circular tech principles
- Track record of scaling innovations from lab to market ($100M+ impact)
- Security clearance or ability to obtain DoD-level clearance
