Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market evolution and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints on quantum computing, biotech integration, and AI governance frameworks
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to capture emerging trends
- Design ethical deployment protocols for next-gen AI systems and autonomous technologies
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech lifecycle management and circular economy models
- Present strategic recommendations to board of directors with quantifiable impact projections
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching at least two paradigm-shifting tech products/services
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or Innovation Management (IMC)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals on future tech topics
- Experience scaling teams through 10x growth phases in tech startups
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
