Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential by 2026
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Present tech strategy to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for future technology deployment
- Monitor geopolitical tech regulations and adapt strategy accordingly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with focus on emerging tech
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, or neurotech
- Experience with scenario planning for technology evolution (2025-2030)
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
