Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026+) across AI, quantum, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate technical feasibility of strategic initiatives
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven experience developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning skills
- Strong presentation skills with executive experience
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (articles, patents, or conference talks)
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams
