Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants and partnerships with academic institutions
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members with data-driven frameworks
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech roles with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough tech products post-2020
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or similar journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global partnerships
- Active patent portfolio with 10+ granted technology patents
