Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven expertise in forecasting technology trends beyond 2025
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI governance, and decentralized systems
- Certification in strategic technology planning (e.g., CIO, TOGAF)
