Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and develop strategic adoption roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast market disruptions and competitive threats
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Develop go-to-market strategies for future-focused products/services
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and investors
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Drive innovation governance frameworks and ethical tech standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating to business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience building and scaling innovation programs within large organizations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
