Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology innovation roadmap across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies before market adoption
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Present technology roadmaps and investment proposals to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and track technology adoption curves
- Mentor junior innovation specialists and cultivate a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech with published research or patents
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Experience developing 10-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model technology adoption scenarios
