Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns emerging tech trends with our business goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on disruptive technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Autonomous Systems) to assess their potential impact on our industry.
- Foresight & Trend Forecasting: Identify macroeconomic and technological shifts that will define the 2026 landscape, translating them into strategic opportunities.
- Prototype & Experimentation: Lead internal hackathons and pilot programs to validate futuristic concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex future scenarios to non-technical stakeholders, making the abstract tangible and actionable.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor strategies regarding long-term tech investments to maintain market leadership.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic planning, futurism, or a related field with a proven track record of looking ahead.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and near-future tech trends, including AI, Robotics, and Blockchain.
- Analytics Proficiency: Strong ability to analyze market data and forecast future outcomes using quantitative methods.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at the executive level.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master’s in a technical field preferred.
