Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and evaluation of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse integration)
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate strategic vision into actionable initiatives
- Present technology forecasts and risk assessments to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Drive innovation labs and pilot programs for next-gen solutions
- Monitor global tech policy developments and their strategic implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and scaling
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or biotech
- Strategic certification (e.g., CTO-level program, INSEAD Tech Strategy) preferred
