Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive technology trends
- Design strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Oversee R&D initiatives for emerging technologies including quantum, AI, and biotech
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive ethical technology frameworks and sustainable innovation practices
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile development of future-focused products
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption and commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum, AI, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, accelerators)
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFTE, MIT)

- Experience scaling tech initiatives from concept to global deployment
