Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year tech roadmaps for AI, IoT, and biotechnology integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-secure communication systems
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify market disruption opportunities
- Partner with VPs of Engineering to align R&D with business objectives
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for autonomous infrastructure solutions
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching tech products with >$50M ARR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ engineers
