Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead innovation workshops and hackathons to prototype future-facing solutions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to accelerate adoption of breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capital firms and innovation labs
- Manage a $10M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting innovations
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- C-suite experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong financial modeling and portfolio management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology publications
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management abilities
