Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives for emerging tech (quantum computing, AI ethics, neural interfaces)
- Collaborate with C-suite to define long-term innovation roadmaps and KPIs
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in emerging tech domains

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies or futurism
- Proven track record leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or AR/VR
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts
