- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify emerging tech trends (quantum, AR/VR, decentralized systems) and assess commercial viability
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen product ecosystems with 5+ year horizons
- Collaborate with C-suite to secure $50M+ annual innovation budget
- Build and mentor a 15-person specialized future-tech division
- Present strategic vision to investors and industry stakeholders at global forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching products with 3+ year development cycles
- Expertise in at least 3 of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, generative AI ethics, climate tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published research in IEEE/Nature or equivalent tier
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international partnerships
