Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and market disruption models
- Interface with policy councils on ethical AI frameworks and digital sovereignty
- Manage $15M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI analysis for stakeholders
- Present future scenarios at Davos and CES-level conferences
- Mentor PhD fellows in our Future Tech Fellowship program
- Drive partnerships with NASA, CERN, and leading university labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy with 3+ years at director level
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to unicorn status
- PhD in Computational Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Security clearance for government tech initiatives preferred
- Portfolio of deployed AI/ML systems serving >1M users
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 and decentralized governance models
