Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies to implement future-proof solutions
- Present innovation frameworks to the Board of Directors and C-suite executives quarterly
- Manage a $50M innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Lead a 12-person multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Author thought leadership pieces published in Wired, MIT Tech Review, and Harvard Business Review
- Identify and mitigate emerging technology risks through scenario planning
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published author or keynote speaker at Web Summit, CES, or Davos
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational impact across 3+ industries
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
