Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor junior strategists and foster future tech talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech commercialization (IPOs, acquisitions, or major product launches)
