Responsibilities

- Conduct foresight analysis on AI governance, quantum security, and ethical tech frameworks
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and global innovation labs
- Drive R&D budget allocation for emerging tech incubation (>$50M portfolio)
- Present technology visions to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching products with 7+ year market impact
- Certified in Future Foresight (CFP) or equivalent strategic certification
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US Quantum Act)
