Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging fields (quantum AI, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with commercialization potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across global tech ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions and venture capitalists
- Manage innovation portfolio budget allocation and ROI tracking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching technology pilots or products
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive experience
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
