Responsibilities
- Define and lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term vision with quarterly execution.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Neuro-interfaces) and assess their viability for integration.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts.
- Drive cross-functional partnerships to ensure seamless adoption of new strategic technologies.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to anticipate industry shifts.
- Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for innovation initiatives and track progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive consulting.
- Proven track record of leading innovation in high-growth tech environments.
