Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to align technology capabilities with business goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Research: Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Neuromorphic Computing) to determine their viability for our product ecosystem.
- Roadmap Architecture: Create and maintain a high-level technology roadmap that prioritizes innovation while ensuring operational stability.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to translate strategic vision into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for long-term initiatives.
- Talent Acquisition: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and Distributed Systems.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of identifying market trends and translating them into successful product strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with creative, forward-thinking solutions.
