Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of global technology trends to forecast their impact on our industry by 2026.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 3-year strategic technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, AR/VR) and assess their viability for integration into our product suite.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to educate teams on future trends and align them on strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate potential risks and opportunities associated with disruptive technologies.
- Present complex strategic insights to the board of directors and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Technology Consulting, or Futurism.
- Proven track record of forecasting industry trends with high accuracy.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic narratives.
- Strong leadership experience in guiding large-scale digital transformation projects.
