We are seeking a visionary Future Tech Strategist to lead our 2026 innovation initiatives. At OmniFuture Solutions, we are not just preparing for the future; we are building it. You will be responsible for identifying emerging technologies, defining long-term roadmaps, and driving strategic adoption to ensure our organization remains at the forefront of industry disruption.
In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between our engineering teams and executive leadership, translating complex technological trends into actionable business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and maintain a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business goals and emerging trends.
- Emerging Tech Identification: Research, evaluate, and prototype cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with key technology vendors, research institutions, and startups driving the future of tech.
- Change Management: Lead internal initiatives to upskill teams and drive cultural adoption of new technologies.
- R&D Management: Oversee and manage a budget for experimental projects and innovation labs.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor the competitive landscape to identify threats and opportunities.
- Executive Communication: Present complex technical strategies to stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and non-technical manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, consulting, or product management.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and SaaS ecosystems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving digital transformation.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to think 5-10 years into the future and translate long-term visions into short-term milestones.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Austin, TX headquarters.
