Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Extended Reality (XR), and Quantum Computing into core business processes.
- Conduct in-depth feasibility studies and market analysis to identify disruptive innovations that provide a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding engineering, product, and designâto translate strategic vision into technical requirements.
- Oversee the development of proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives and secure buy-in for major technology investments.
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory changes to ensure our strategic initiatives remain compliant and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a strategic technology role, with a proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, or Spatial Computing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable strategic plans.
- Experience in managing budgets for large-scale technology projects and vendor relationships.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Masterâs degree preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to executive stakeholders.
