Responsibilities
- Architect a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, identifying key trends in AI, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing.
- Lead R&D initiatives to prototype and validate next-generation products and services.
- Analyze competitive landscapes and emerging market opportunities to drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and executive leadership, to translate vision into actionable roadmaps.
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to foster continuous innovation.
- Mentor a team of high-potential strategists and technical leads.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering leadership within a high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of delivering disruptive products and leading complex technology transformations.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and modern software development lifecycles.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast future tech trends.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
