Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive Technology Roadmap aligned with business goals for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics) to predict future industry shifts.
- Innovation Integration: Lead the evaluation and integration of disruptive technologies into existing infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-Suite executives and department heads to align tech strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or MBA preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in IT Strategy, Consulting, or Strategic Planning, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and future tech stacks, including AI/ML, Cloud Computing, and Data Analytics.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
