- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technological visions to executive leadership and key stakeholders to secure buy-in.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize R&D resources to align with the long-term goals of the 2026 initiative.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor global competitors to ensure Horizon Innovations maintains a competitive edge in the future market.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a senior leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps and executing complex initiatives.
