- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap for Horizon Systems, aligning long-term vision with quarterly goals.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Web3, and Quantum Computing, to identify viable opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional innovation teams to prototype and validate new technical solutions before full-scale deployment.
- Partner with product and engineering leadership to integrate future-proof architectures into current development cycles.
- Establish thought leadership within the industry through white papers, speaking engagements, and technical conferences.
- Manage a budget for R&D initiatives, ensuring high ROI on experimental projects.
- Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies associated with adopting disruptive technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging tech ecosystems.
- Proven track record of successfully driving innovation and implementing future-forward strategies in a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
