- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement 2026 digital transformation pilots
- Mentor a diverse team of 15+ specialists across 4 continents
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals and industry forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with proven 10-year strategic planning success
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent disruptive field
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conference proceedings
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate AI
- Track record of scaling teams from 10 to 100+ members during hypergrowth
- Fluency in at least 3 programming languages (Python, Rust, C++ preferred)
- Patent portfolio with 5+ granted or pending innovations
