Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record delivering production-ready quantum/neural/AI systems
- Expertise in predictive analytics and technology forecasting methodologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurism preferred
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of advanced technologies
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future tech topics
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets for experimental initiatives
