Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives
- Lead market research on emerging technologies including quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to align technology adoption with business objectives
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals
