Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap for emerging domains including quantum computing, synthetic biology, and advanced AI systems
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate next-gen technologies into core business operations and product development
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and technology pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and board committees
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and R&D program development
- Manage technology portfolio investments and ROI analysis for emerging ventures
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Published thought leadership or patents in emerging technology fields preferred
