- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future technology applications
- Monitor industry disruptors and competitive technology landscapes
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to foster creative solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in innovation management or technology foresight preferred
