- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape assessments for future tech domains
- Collaborate with VPs of Product and Engineering to prioritize innovation portfolios
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists and foster cross-departmental innovation culture
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership (quantum, AI, or biotech focus preferred)
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing innovation grants or venture capital for futuristic projects
- Certification in strategic innovation management (e.g., CEIM) a plus
