Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) to inform strategic direction
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovative pilot programs
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify disruptive opportunities
- Drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies across product lines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities
